The hook is perfect to be installed both on the ceiling and on a wall, both in the garden (on a branch of a tree) and inside the house (living room, bedroom, etc.).
If correctly installed, it is totally safe. If you chose to install the set in a support made of wood (a wooden beam, post, the trunk of a tree, etc.), you simply have to firmly screw our eye screw into it. In case you choose a concrete ceiling / wall, first you have to drill a hole with a drill and buy a suitable rawlplug.
If you got a hammock frame, then you do not need the screw, our two solid carabiners will hold the spring in place.
The metal spring ensures elasticity and comfort when seated.
