Sprinkle fittings are made of special copper with a minimum lead content and are therefore extremely temperature-resistant, powerful and have strong erosion and abrasion protection.
The galvanizing coating of Sprinkle fittings is over 10 microns and has passed a 96 hour neutralised salt spray test.
The plating layer of most fixtures are quite thin, about 5 microns or thinner. These fittings can not pass a salt spray test and the coating may disintegrate in 2 to 3 months.
Packaging boxes for sprinkle fittings are made of W3K reinforced core and guarantee high resistance.
